As a Grubhub driver, it's true that you are free to determine your working hours. But that doesn't mean you don't use your driver account for a long time.
If you have not used your driver account for 4 months or more, you will receive the error 'A-1003' when you try to log in.
You will not be able to access your account to log in to the driver app. For that, you need to reactivate your driver account.
To reactivate a disabled driver account and regain access to the Grubhub driver app, You need to fill out the form here .
