How to sign up for a Menulog driver

Menulog drivers are also called Menulog delivery couriers. The designation depends on your region. Whatever you call it, the job is still the same, delivering customers' food orders to the front door.

Menulog Driver Requirements

#1. Menulog Australia

To deliver with Menulog, you must meet the following requirements:
• Age: Be at least 18 years old 
• Right to work: Have the right to work in Australia 
• Vehicle: Have access to a registered and insured vehicle that meets safety standards 
• Driver's license: Have a valid driver's license that's accepted in the state where you'll be delivering 
• Smartphone: Have an Apple or Android smartphone with data 
• Background check: Complete a background check 
• Insurance: Have suitable vehicle insurance, including Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance 
• Bank account: Have a bank account to receive your money 
• Australian Business Number (ABN): Provide your ABN 
• Safety gear: Wear a helmet that meets Australian standards if using a bicycle, e-bike, motorbike, or scooter 
Other safety equipment: Have any other safety equipment reasonably required 
• Thermal delivery bag: Have a thermal-grade delivery bag 
• High-vis uniform: Have a high-vis uniform 

If you're delivering alcohol in New South Wales (NSW) or the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), you must complete the Responsible Supply of Alcohol Training (RSAT) assessment. 

#2. Menulog New Zealand (NZ)

To deliver with Menulog, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a bank account to receive your pay
  • Have a smartphone with data
  • Have an insured vehicle, such as a car, scooter, motorbike, or e-bike, and the correct license and insurance
  • Complete a background check
Other requirements for becoming a courier driver in New Zealand include: 
  • Having a full New Zealand driver's license
  • Having a Dangerous Goods Endorsement
  • Having a Goods Service Licence, depending on the vehicle and type of run
  • Meeting all Income Tax, GST, Fringe Benefit Tax, and ACC requirements.

Through the Menulog website

Follow the steps below:
• Go to the Menulog website.
• On the Home screen, tap on 'Apply now'.

Complete your information on the 'start your journey' screen form.

#1. Create Account:
• First name.
• Last name.
• Email address.
• Mobile phone.
• Select city.
• Tap 'create account'.
• Enter password.
• Confirm password.
• Tap 'continue'.

#2. Profil:
Enter your delivery zone.
Select City.
Tap 'Next'. Your delivery zone will appear.
Tap 'submit selection'

#3. Upload Documents
• Upload valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport).
• Upload vehicle registration, insurance, and roadworthiness certificate.
• Upload utility bill or bank statement.
• Upload clear photos of your vehicle (front, side, rear).

Once you have completed the registration form, Wait for the process of verifying and activating

Through the Menulog driver app

Follow these steps:
• Download the Menulog Driver app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
• Open the app, Tap 'Apply now'

How long does the Menulog driver registration process take?

The Menulog driver registration process takes at least one week. The stages are as follows:

Registration process (1-2 business days).

• Filling out the online registration form (within 10-15 minutes).
• Uploading required documents will take 10-15 minutes.
• Confirming email address and phone number (in 10 minutes).

The Verification process takes 2-3 business days.

• Verifying documents within 1-3 business days.
• Online driver training can be completed in just 1-2 hours.

Activation will take 1-2 business days.

• Activating the Menulog Driver account.
• Creating the driver profile.
• Activating the payment feature.
You will be notified via email when you are approved as a Menulog driver partner.
