Scenario 1: You have never signed up to drive for Grubhub.
The driver app can only be accessed by approved Grubhub driver partners.

Scenario 2: You have applied for a Grubhub driver, but have not been approved.
Check the email you used to apply for a Grubhub driver regularly. If you have been approved, you'll receive an email notification.
Scenario 3: You have been a Grubhub driver before, but not in the last 4 months.
When you have not used your driver account for a long time, you will need to reactivate it.

Scenario 4: You receive an email if your driver account is blocked.
When you receive an email saying that your driver account has been suspended, this is due to committing some account violations.
To appeal the account suspension, follow the email instructions.
Scenario 5: Driver account is disabled.
Your driver account may have been disabled for a number of reasons, including account or ID issues, background check results, tax issues, or receiving three driver account violations within a 90-day period. Contact Grubhub support here.
